  1. My family loves The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey! Growing up we had the book and also an audio version that was narrated by James Earl Jones (voice of Darth Vader) that was just wonderful.

  4. And hot chocolate with peppermint is about the best thing ever for snowy winter days!...or just winter days in general. Your list was spot-on. Anyways, I'm really going now... Wonderful post!

  5. I'm just reading through old posts, trying to catch up from way back! But I couldn't help to comment and say I think it's amusing how some of these I totally agree with, but many of them I can't say I would relate to. ;) I can IMAGINE it, but my list would be more like:
    -Watermelon
    -Stone fruit
    -BBQ's, salads and cold meats
    -Pavalova
    -Cricket
    -Tanned skin
    -Lounging in air conditioning

    Hehe. Kinda different list. ;)

    1. Haha! I know, it's funny to compare how different our Christmas experiences are. XD Your list sounds fun, though! What is stone fruit, by the way? ;)

    2. Stone fruit is any fruit that has a fleshy part on the outside (often with edible skin) and one big seed in the middle - like plums, peaches, apricots, nectarines, lychees, etc. At least, that's what my family call stone fruit. ;)

Comments make my day. Seriously. I'd be so happy if you commented. :)

I've gotten really bad about replying in a timely manner, but it's always my intention to do so eventually. (Even though it doesn't always happen. ;))
